I have been with Green Magic since April of 2007. Service, employees, advance notice of service with opportunity to change the delivery of service time/date, friendly notice of when employees enter and leave the premises, immediate delivery of invoice showing employee(s) name(s), time, date, and type of service provided all make complaints, which in my view are never necessary, easy to submit and reconcile. As an added bonus, the cost per visit is very reasonable, and is even better if you would rather pay for a season in advance. And even more important is the effectiveness of the treatments provided. I started with Green Magic to give it a one season try verses the providers I had previously used. The consistency of service and results has kept me satisfied for over a decade. Haven't had many experiences like that in my 79 years of life, and 56 years of home ownership. I believe in supporting locally owned and operated businesses, but only if the cost & service is competitive with other providers. Green Magic exceeds my qualification requirements.
