01

FIRST STEP

The Early Spring application is a liquid mix that we put down as the grass leaves it's dormant stage and temperatures are still cool. The mix consists of a fast-release, non-burning fertilizer to provide lawns with quick access to necessary nutrients to start its growth period, an iron supplement for color and moss control, Potassium for strong roots and resistance to drought and strong dose of broadleaf herbicide to eradicate early weeds and keep them from spreading.

02

SECOND STEP

The Early Summer application is also a liquid mix and quite similar to the first step. One difference is that during temperatures in the high 80's and 90's, we alternate our nitrogen portion to a slow-release form to avoid burning which is determined on a daily basis as weather shifts. Also, we bring a handcan along with a more concentrated 'super' herbicide for spot spraying targeted areas and certain, more resilient types of weeds.

03

THIRD STEP

A Mid-Summer application is also a liquid mix and quite similar to the second step.

04

FOURTH STEP

In the Early Fall we continue with our liquid application mix as the temperatures begin to vary again and formulate our herbicide for late season varieties.

05

FIFTH STEP

Our Winterizer is a specialized blend of a granular application that has been formulated specifically for our local ecology and contains various ingredients including a slow-release fertilizer that provides food in the dormant stages under the snow and promotes an early green-up in the spring and provides defense against winter-kill, snow mold and other off-season issues.
